2009...

Thank fuck you're here!

Seriously. I couldn't wait to finish 2008. I think with the exception of all the Obamarama, 08 sucked. Things were pretty quiet over here for me in December. I felt the full-force of the recession and it was not pleasant.

2009 has already started off right though, thankfully! I've gotten a web designer to barter with me to build my website. It's going to be so fancy and professional-looking. This is the best thing I've done for my business in a long time. I don't know how much people usually pay for websites but my site is costing me um $60. That is the domain+template for the site+privacy registration. I found coupons online for all of these things (like I said, we're in a recession) in order to get maximum bang for my buck. So really, after this year I have to pay for the domain ($9.99) and that's it because my John is hosting it for me. It's too easy, I swear.

I spent January 1st planning out my year on iCal. I'm going to be a busy, busy girl. That means intense blog posts for all of you so watch out!
